Skrylian Engineering - Bodysack

A new store that seems to have just started on the marketplace. And if their first item is any indication, one to watch.

Quality

First off, its mesh, but unrigged. This makes it very easyt o resize still, but does mean it doesn't flex with the body unfortunatly, which lets face it, a sleepsack/bodybinder/etc would do.. Unless its got boning anyway.

I get a more PVC than latex feel from this item, though its shiny all the same, and thats what counts. The texture is good for a first time, though it could use a little extra work, for example when you zoom in, it gets VERY blurry, which is normal for fairly lwo res textures. Still, quite nice. See the pic next to this for what I mean.

This one uses a hands bound to side style, which might make you think at first your hips and waist are a bit wider than they should be, but it works. It also seems to be quite baggy, as opposed to real tight. It has three poses built in; standing, face down and face up. Standing bugs me slightly, as the foot shape at the bottom is en pointe at all times.

You can adjust it to have a zip at front, back or not at all.

The good - Shiny, somewhat original (SL wise) design
The bad - Shape seems off, low res texture

Function

First option you get is Public, simple tick box. Pressing this will make anyone and everyone able to use the restraint. In the RLV menu you can enable or diasble some basic restrictions, specifically Touch, inventory and TP. No IM block, which is good.

You can lock next, self explanitory. When locked all three RLV options are automatically enabled, and cannot be disabled. Others can offer you TPs though. Next up is "About" which takes you to teh store page. Presumably this is more for other people as opposed to the girl wrapped up.

Pose is next. You can turn on standing, face down, face up or None. Regardless of which you choose, you CANNOT move, which is a bit of a shame. It doesn't look tight enough to stop wriggling.

Lastly is Zipper, which lets you put it on the back, front of none at all.

The good news is, according to the manual (I actually read one for a change!) that a timer is planned, btu sadly not yet included.

The good - Simple menus, does what it needs to
The bad - Not been able to move, no timer (yet)

Scores

Quality -6/10
Function - 5/10
Price - 350 linden - 6/10

See it here - https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/SE-Bodysack/3529120

Extra stuff

I'd like to see a rigged version of this sometime. It could really be great if it was skintight

Extra stuff 2

Had a few ask how I do scores. Long story short its how I feel the restraitn matches its price in the end. Function wise for example, no timer is an instant loss of 2 points. Figure the rest out for yourselves please.
