More meshy goodness from Kcreations. Thigh length ballet boots!

Quality

There are two mateirals availble. Patent and Leather. Both look amazing, though I favour the Patent for reasons that really should be obvious by now.

These boots add a bit more to the bondage scene than the pony boots, with snug ankle straps added in, and a very nice walk AO I iwll cover in function.

As expected from Kat, these boots are extremely well detailed, and been mesh, they fit great, flex as and when they should and generally just look amazing. The HUD allows for a ton of colour options, allowing you to ensure the boots are colour coded with your outfit exactly.

The only bad thing I have to say? I wish she;d release a pair of these thigh length boots with the more normal design, and I know someone who woudl flal head over heels for a pair like that.

The good - Pretty much everything. I can't fault these really. Lots of detail, ton of customization. Perfect thigh lentgh ballet heels.
The bad - Hm.. As of now, I have nothing to put here.

Function

Like the Pony boots, these don;t have all that much here (yet), but still have some welcome additions. There is of course the amazing colour hud, which instantly makes for a great piece. You can adjust the locking to be Private or Public and adjust how hard it is to escape the boot lock, ranging from Easy to Impossible. You can also reset escape progress though this menu if you are really evil. The escape game is the ever useful tug, yank or pull one. Pull the right ones till you escape.

What this has thats new, and works very well, is the Walk AO. It can be toggled on and off, always a welcome option. It can be set to Mild, Medium or Severe, each levfel making you walk more slowly with a very nice walking AO, which is pretty realistic all things considered.

When locked it has a timer (/cheer). As always, the addition of this is a huge boost for the restraint.

The Good - Timer, Nice AO, amazing hud.
The bad - Could use some more bondagey stuff

Kcreations Thigh Length Mesh Ponyboots

Finally got my PC back up and urnning, and logged in to a nice surprise for Kat Fetisov again.. More mesh!

Quality

Two differant pairs of boots. Patent and Leather, and they both look Beautiful. Been mesh helps for the thigh length, but the quality of the textures is just amazing. They also have a colour hud.. A ridiculously good one. I've included a screenshot as its easier to show than explain. Can adjust the shinyness, colour, texture.. everything. It really is great.

They have a nice tight strap at the top of the boots, and a small opening at the back.

Function

Here its.. Not as good I suppose, while still working. They can be locked, set to public, etc. Should they be locked and you hit safeword, they don't auto-release you, but instead set it up so that someone else can wander over and unlock the boots if they so wish. Nice little feature, better than just outright releasing you when you hit it.

You can also get a copy of the aforementioned HuD by hitting give hud in the menu.

I have a feeling these aren't meant as a restraint so much as a fetishy pony boot. They still work though, maybe just need an AO and maybe a hobble?

Quality - Straight up 10/10, I can find no faults with this.
Function - They do lack a lot, but Kat has a habit of updating gear later which is always good. What they do have works well and the hud is brilliant - 7/10

Kcreations Bodybinder

As if to celebrate the offical release of Firestorm Mesh, Kcreations just released this binder tonight.. and it looks amazing.


It has two variants. Leather and rubber. I of course bought the shinier one, but if you want to see what the leather one looks like, check out Tess Paiges one - Click here for it. For the latex ones, well thats what the pics in this blog are for!

It looks nice and shiny of course, and the straps can be used to make a good contrast in colour. Been mesh, its of very high quality in shape, with none of that annoying resizing needed or any worries of prims clipping.. With the exception of the collar. Because Rigged mesh is like clothes, it can't be edited on the body, but the collar is unrigged, a smart move by Kat Fetisov. This allows the collar to work as a controller without needing an extra attachment, such as DXW uses instead. The design is very well done, a zip at the back, tight straps at key locations around the body.. If you zoom in close, you can even see the seams down the back. Its beautiful.

To top it off, occasionally you'll squirm in it a little. A nice little touch, I know how hard it can be to stay still in these things..

It carries two recolour plugins, one for the main bag and one for the straps. both can be changed to one of 10 colours.

Onto function. To start with you click the collar on this to make it work. First menu is plugins, the above line covers whats in that menu. Next is settings.. Which covers the struggling mini-game it carries. 5 buttons here, Easy, Medium, Hard and Impossible. Theres also RESET (its in all caps in the menu) which resets the captives progress, handy for evil dommes who want to let their sub get within reach of escape, just to knock them back down to helpless.

Next is the RLV menu, three options here, you can choose to block Activities. This stops stuff like inventory access. Location, which is of course the map, etc. Lastly there is Info, whichs stops you seeing names and hover text.

There is of course a leash and a timer. And the aforementioned struggle mini-game. Five options in it, Wriggle, Shimmy and Stretch are the primary escape ones, with examine which tells you what might work and Ask, which asks a nearby avatar to help you. They can choose to do so, which will greatly boost you towards escape.. Or they can choose to hinder, which does the opposite. Watch out for evil people who want you helpless and wriggling.

It also has a built in tiredness meter. The more you hop, the tireder you get, and as such you hop slower. I think it uses the same tiredness from the struggle mini-game, so doing either will tire you out. Staying still for awhile lets you rest and get back up to speed.
