[H]arsh Body harness

For those that don't allready know, Darien Caldwell is back in SL. For those that don't know who that is? Thats the creator of Dari Haus, the free gear we all used at some point in our SL bondagette career. She has a new store called [H]arsh and as of now, it has two releases. Latex gauntlets (which I have one in the pics) and this Harness.

Quality

Its mesh, which instantly means great looks, flexes with the body easily and has a low prim count meaning less lag, witht he minor draw back of been uneditable.

There are a total of 6 sizes of harness availble to us, with demos so we make sure we buy teh correct one. Should one not fit you, there is a custom fitting service that while costing more, means an exact fit is availble. I'm cheap and just bought one of the premade ones, and it fits me pretty well, bar for one minor bit on the back.

As you'd expect of a body harness, its tight to the body, has lots of rings, straps and buckles., and a couple of anchor/leash rings for good measure. It has a hud that comes with it that allows you to heavily customize the colour scheme, meaning no two harnesses need look the same.

Function

This is a relaly interesting restrait function wise. It requires viewer 2 HTML to work properly I believe. With the harness comes a hud called FLEX. Its an interesting system. Wear it with you harness, and they sync together. You'll get a tab called "My Restraints" and your harness will be there. Click the Harness icon and some mroe options pop up. Owners which lets you add/manage owners, lock it on or leash it. Once synced, you can hand the hud to a friend/owner and they can freely control it. It is however no copy, so be careful not to give it someone you don't know or trust. I had a few error with it, but otherwise it was great.

Like so many toys these days, it sadly lacks a timelock.. But this hud has huge potential to be great.

Quality - 9/10. Its a great piece
Function - Toughy. That hud has huge potential, though the harness lacks a few things still (timelock!) which stops me giving it a 10, but its close! - 8/10
Price - 750 for a standard one, make sure to check the demos first. Otherwise get a custom size made for an extra 650 linden I believe it is. - 8/10


Other info

Darien offers a custom fitting service as mentioned. While it might sound like quite a lot of extra money, having something that fits your shape perfectly is always very nice, and not something many offer. Personally I love mesh just for the fact it fits so much better out of the box, and as I am somewhat lazy, having someone else do all the minro adjustments so that it fits like a glove? Yes please.
