Kidnapped" Tape Ballgag

Figured it was time to do a gag again, and a creater I've not covered much.

Quality

Its well.. a ballgag. Its well detailed around the buckles, rings and studs, but isn't anything new in terms of apperance. Shiny ball though always a plus. The tape is a nice addition however, though a little loose. It takes some adjusting to actually seem to be applied to the face, especially when its set to clear.

It has 24 colours built in for the ball, while the tape has 9, including clear which is transparent enough to see the ball and captives face through. The tape well.. It loks decent enough, but just not as good as the tape from the wrapped tape gag that they also do.

Function


Touch the ball, click gag. The ballgag is stuffed in and buckled on. Click add tape to apply the tape over the ball. Theres a timer of course, which is always good, and a struggle mini-game. Guess a number between 1 and 8000, 8 chances, when you guess, you get told if its higher or lower than your choice and you can adjust accordingly. Quite difficult though.

Under settings you can disable struggling and drooling, change the gender to male, and access RLV support. In here you can (if turned on) adjust whether or not they can chat, IM, IM their master and restrict emotes.

Theres permissions, in here you can change who can gag and ungag you. If another person is nearby, they can be added as a master as well by clicking the + next to their name in the list, and removed in the same way. You can adjust how strict the garbling is, and what channel they must use to actual be garbled. Unfortunatly it seems to lack force garbling via RLV.

Back in the main menu, you can get some assistance via the support menu (Help NC, join the group, the LM and update) and under extras you can get a tape roll that I think is aesthetic only.

Quality - The ball looks good, the tape not so much. - 6/10

Other stuff

The creater of kidnapped doesn't seem to be releasing new gear anymore, and I;ve not heard of any new updates, so its possible that kidnappeds entire range of gags can be covered functionally by this review, and that the only differance would be looks.

Kidnapped! Tape bondage set

You find a likely victim, follow them home, then when they leats expect it, grab them! But you want to keep someone you're kidnapping helpless.. And what simple thing works best for that? Tape!

This is the Kidnapped! tape set, and surprisingly its quite unique in SL. Tape restraints seem to be very rare.
It includes the Wrapped Tape Gag, another of their products, which cna be bought seperatly for 250 linden.








Lets start with looks. The tape looks pretty good, especially the gag. The piece that tapes your arms to your chest though looks a bit odd at times, been just a rectangle and more like a strap than a piece of sticky tape. It has 9 colours, silver, blue, pink, white, black, red, green, purple and yellow. The gag can be coloured seperately.

In terms of functionality.. The gag works very well. You first stuff the victims mouth with a piece of cloth, then choose to wrap the tape around it. The arms and legs are done seperatly. The arms unfortunatly only have two poses, simple (wrist) and elbows tied. The legs have a better selection with 5 options. (Stand, sit, lie, lie side and kneel).  When bound it also gives a leash option, and of course a timer.

The gag can have the tape loosened or pressed down on the skin to make the user more muffled (I think, people who put it on me always make sures its as tight as possible.)  It does suffer from a lack of auto-channel though, meaning you get a ton of spam if you forget to put /3 or whichever channel you set it to first.

The leash has a nice little setting in that it can give a handle, which can be dropped or attached to something else to leave the captive stuck somewhere.

It has a simple struggle mini-game. A number between 1 and 10000 is chosen, and you have 12 chances to guess it. If you choose wrong, it tells you if its too low or too high, and you simply adjust as required.

For those of you that like men in bondage, theres a male setting as well.

Quality - Pretty good for the price, and probably unique in SLs oddly lacking tape enviroment. 7/10
Function - It has some good stuff, althought he lack of positions hurts it. 6/10
Price - 500 linden and includes a free gag? Thats pretty good. 8/10

Quality - Looks very good, better than the other tape gags you see around. - 8/10
Function - Does exactly what you want a gag to, but the lakc of auto-channel is a pain - 7/10
Price - 250 linden is a steal for this if you ask me. 9/10
