Anyway! Lets get on with it.
Appearance

The style menu has the usual half ton of options that we expect from Katie. It also includes her style hud, to make life much easier and quicker. You can also adjust the closure type. Zip, laces and.. none. None almost makes it look like you may of being sewn into it, which is evil (and fun.) Oddly the hud started way off screen for me, but that's an easy fix.
Much like her armbinder, the textures seem to look much better than they did before, which is always good. The same ones as usual are available, with some extras for the soles. Lastly there is a crawl animation if you try to move. Going by it, the restraint is very strict!
Function
Lets get onto the meat of this thing then. The first menu is Style, which doesn't need covering, bar for the Use Alpha button. Turn this on, and if you have the folders setup right in RLV, it will auto attach/detach the alpha for you. Saves time, hassle, and helps if inventory blocked.

If you have the keys, the timelock menu is next. The usual options in here, timelock and timebound, etc. Following that, in the Settings menu is the usual stuff, Verbose, update, etc, and the Crypto-lock which makes the restraint inescapable.. If the person can do the mini-game that is.
The keys menu is the same as always, and after that is Restraints. Like the armbinder, it has three settings. Tight, Tighter and Tightest. Tight and Tighter let you crawl around slowly, while Tightest immobilizes you. You can also add or remove the harness straps. The last button is lock, or unlock, depending.
Closing Thoughts

The good? Well its got plenty of customisation, looks good, and compliments the other RF mesh pieces quite well.
The bad? The crawling anim could use some work, the inbuilt resizer only allows straight scaling, not axis resizes.
Price is 350 linden, seems reasonable to me.
