Appearance
Its a wood post, with a fancy, metallic bump section conveniently located just where a captives crotch would lie. The textures pretty good, and it is mesh, which helps. There's a handy shock wand hanging on the front as well.
Adjustment wise.. There's nothing. You can't changes its looks via any menu. You can via edit, but that would require custom textures, unless you just want to add shine or recolour it.

Lets begin. We have three options, Scan, which searches for people to capture, Self bondage, which tries to nab the person that clicks it, and settings. Settings lets you adjust who can access, the range of the scanner, the volume, and the self bondage timer. You can also hit help for access to a web page explaining how to use it (as opposed to an NC).
Now scan/self bondage are important. You can't sit on this thing, you have to be captured. Which of course means you must have a relay, but those are easy to get. It also only allows one person in its menus at once, not that unusual.

Now then, this things party piece is the shock wand. You click it, hold your mouse down, move to the targeted area, then click again. the wand will zoom up and zap them, right where you click. Anywhere on their body. You can even chain zap with it, if you click fast enough.
My Thoughts
Its a fun toy, and very good for a first release I'd say. I'd like appearance options, and maybe some RLV options would be a good addition. Its not that the menus lack anything its just that they seem.. Well bare, very few options. Using a web page instead of an NC is fine, but like

All in all, a pretty good device, especially for a first one.
